2018 Winter gala fundraising event silent auction ITEMS
This is a partial list of auction items that have been donated for the 2018 Holiday Gala Fundraising Event.

Roll it, drive it, hit with a bat!
This item is all about balls. There are bowling balls, golf balls, and baseballs to make any
sportsman happy. T-Byrd Lanes offers a bowling game for four with shoes and is followed up with a
pitcher of soda and up to 4 double cheeseburger baskets. Rockford Rivets gives you four tickets to one
of its 2019 games, and Fairways Golf Course has a golf cart for two people to share while playing 19
holes of golf. Four!

Orlando Here We come!
A fun week in Orlando, Florida is planned for you and your family. You will stay in a three
bedroom villa which boasts a fully equipped kitchen, three balconies, three bedrooms, and can sleep up
to 12 people. Staying in one of the villas at Orange Lake Resort also includes a concierge on your floor to
help you with your needs. River Island is one of the four areas featured at Orange Lake, and as you go
out the door, you are welcomed to enjoy a seven acre lazy river that has a slide, water volley ball area, a
young children’s walk in pool, and many other amenities. Orange Lake has golf courses and a lake where
you can go skiing and jet skiing, and fishing, and boating. This resort is only 10-30 minutes from all the
major attractions in Orlando.

Whoopi Goldberg’s Signed Script from Star Trek the Next Generation
Any Trekki would love to have this script that once belonged to Guinan (Whoopi) and has some
of her notes. It is fun to follow the script while watching the episode. Included is a letter of authenticity
for the collector.

This evening you can go home with a beautiful, homemade, fresh pie. In a month’s time, you can
call the baker who will make a pie of your choice and she will even deliver it to you if you love within 20

When Pete Fader retired from teaching and coaching wrestling, it didn’t take him any time to
“pin” down a new hobby. His passion turned to working with wood and turning it into beautiful art. At
the same time, his daughter, Molly, was refining her passion, writing romance novels. She is now an
accomplished author and is a speaker for many romance writer conventions. She lives in Canada, but
she sent down some of her favorite novels (Molly O’Keefe). What a talented family! Fader Power!
